In addition, I played rugby for more than 10 years, a sport where values such as discipline, team spirit and sacrifice are fundamental. I was captain on several occasions, which helped me to gain a sense of responsibility and leadership.

I am a person who feels held in ambitious projects involving cooperation and teamwork. I like to learn from others and I am very communicative. I am very dependent and responsive to outside stimuli and am constantly looking for the next project that I can feel challenged. I strive to break geographic, social, generational and cultural to achieve the goals. I'm very idealistic and tend to frame a vision of success, but as I believe that in life nothing is achieved alone, I shape this view due to the team work and the circumstances in question.
Marcelo Menezes

I have experience in the field of machine maintenance and repair in the area of ​​chemistry and mechanics, having interned twice in one of the largest antibiotic companies in Portugal. Given this, together with my mechanical engineering degree, I feel that I can bring to the team a deep and very useful knowledge in the technological area.
Having played futsal for several years, I know that, despite my personality type, the success of the team must be a priority.

During my academic career, I have been in several projects with a product outcome, where teamwork is crucial to obtain the best results. Throughout my academic and professional career, I've had the opportunity to develop my critical thinking and clairvoyance with which I approach situations. An example of this was the product development in which I was involved in my most recent curricular internship.
